Like a chef crafting a dish, I carefully curate musical elements to enhance the picture. Just as a well-spiced dish leaves a lasting impression, I strive to leave the audience with the lingering taste of melody, harmony, and rhythm, creating a uniquely satisfying experience in each project.

My musical journey started at a very young age with piano lessons. Whilst always playing and learning classical music all my youth, I also started writing my own music during high school. Around the age of 16, when I discovered the magical connection between music and my other passion, film, something in my brain clicked: writing music for film is all I want.

In 2017, I embarked on a new chapter by enrolling at HKU (Utrecht University of the Arts) to study Composition for the Media. Those years were transformative. During my third year, I had the opportunity to intern with Vidjay Beerepoot in Los Angeles, whom I still work with today. During my internship, I worked on projects like The Club of Ugly Children and Ainbo, Spirit of the Amazon.

In my fourth year at HKU, I composed the music for the 10-episode TV series De Slet van 6 VWO (Stepping StoneAVROTROS & NPO3). To my honour, my work on this series earned me a nomination for the Buma Music in Motion - New Talent Award.

In 2021 I graduated Cum Laude from HKU and decided to further explore the world of film music. That same year I was accepted into the two-year master's program Composing for Film at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Here I worked closely with the Netherlands Film Academy and scored various films, documentaries, animations, and commercials. The journey continued and in 2023 I completed my master's degree.

Today I passionately pursue my career as a film composer with several exciting upcoming projects that Iā€™m working on as we speak.
